ABOUT ME
My interest in coaching began around 2005 when I was involved in helping people through times of crisis as a volunteer at a phone-in crisis center. This experience made me realize that being a resource for other on the phone was where I should turn my professional career.
I enrolled in a business coaching program through the respected coaching school called B-Coach, where I studied the theory and practical techniques that are required to become a Business Coach. I have been coaching clients ever since and work with them to invest their time in a way that serves their needs and drives their personal agenda, and respects the time and resources that they invest in their coaching sessions.

Every Coach brings their own technique and uniqueness to their coaching practice and no two coaches are the same.
My coaching is conducted on the telephone, and not in person. There are various reasons for this strategy.
Our One on One coaching sessions are conducted once per week.
Our sessions are conducted in the strictest privacy and are absolutely confidential, and details of our session are never shared with anyone. This provides the client a weekly opportunity to talk and reflect, and is a private forum to be open and vulnerable and a place to feel listened to and a safe place to talk.
This is not always a place to "fix" something, but also place to foster new ideas an to promote growth and awareness around issues, and to test ideas and help move beyond.
Most clients report that their coaching sessions are very different to any other forums that they use.
They feel free to talk openly and be free from the fear of saying the wrong thing or being seen differently or judged. They often report how different their coaching sessions are compared with talking to friends or family.
